Support for Celeris for Flow
Email support@celeris.ai for help. Include the action name and error message. Avoid sending customer text or images.
What do the three actions do?
- Ask Celeris: yes or no returns a yes-or-no answer and probability. The default threshold is 0.5.
- Ask Celeris: pick one chooses from your options. The choice is empty when its probability is below your threshold, which defaults to 0.5. Use an empty-choice branch for human triage.
- Ask Celeris: rate rates the input on the levels you provide. Branch on score or level.
Why was a run skipped?
When both text and image URLs are empty after Flow renders variables, Celeris is not called. The result has skipped set to true and the run is free. Put a condition such as "Check if order note is not empty" before the action.
What does a 402 or limit message mean?
A 402 can mean the store has reached its monthly answer limit or needs an active Celeris plan. Open Celeris from your Shopify admin. Raise the Monthly limit on the app home, or follow Shopify's plan approval steps if the message asks you to activate a plan. Development stores have a fixed limit of 1,000 answers per month.
The monthly answer limit resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC), which can differ from the billing cycle. A per-minute rate-limit message means requests arrived too quickly; Flow can retry later.
How much does it cost?
The first 1,000 answers per billing cycle are free, then $0.002 each ($2 per 1,000). There is no monthly fee. Skipped runs, replays, and failures are free.
What should I automate?
Never cancel or refund on an answer alone. Customers can put instructions in order notes or reviews that affect an answer. Use tags, holds, and notifications so a person can review the result.
